Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I have been an insurance agent for the past 33 years. My team and I love working with people and helping my community of Gaithersburg. We are a bilingual agency, fluent in English and Spanish. I went to the University of Massachusetts- Amherst, B.A. where I got a degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix- MBA. I have a designation as a Life Underwriter Training Fellow LUTCF. I was also the LUTC Chairman in Puerto Rico in 1994 & Past President, Vice president of PRALU (Puerto Rico Association of Life Underwriters).

I love to read in my free time, play golf, good vino and be with my family. I have a Havanese dog named Abbey St Claire and she is our office dog. I am blessed to work with a wonderful group of people including my wife, Esperanza Victoria Aguirre.
